TERMS & CONDITIONS

Quotes — All price quotes are valid for 15 days. All quotes subject to revision based on customer changes or upon review of the final artwork.
Credit Card Surcharge — All payments made via credit card will be charged a 3% processing fee. You also have the option to pay via ACH, wire transfer, check or cash. This surcharge will not be applied to webstore purchases.
Sales Tax — Waived with the provision of a California Seller's Certificate: https://www.cdtfa.ca.gov/formspubs/cdtfa230.pdf
Errors or Omissions — Windmill City is NOT responsible for errors or omissions after the artwork proof has been approved and the job printed. Additional art fees may be incurred if edits to mock-ups need to be made due to the approval of incorrect invoice information.
Variations — Standard variation for artwork placement on any garment is .25″ with a max variation of .5″ in any direction. PMS color matching is available, but Windmill City cannot guarantee an exact match. Refunds will not be issued for PMS color matching issues.
Defects — All production runs have a 5% allowable defect rate for each printed location. Any misprints or defects within the allowable defect rate will be credited to your account. Any misprints or defects in excess of the allowable 5% defect rate will be reproduced or credited at our discretion. Windmill City is not responsible for replacing any customer-supplied garments that are damaged, lost, destroyed, or otherwise not returned to the customer that are within an allowable 5% defect rate.
Customer Supplied Goods (CSG) — Any specialty CSG are accepted at the risk of the owner. We work extremely hard to make sure all items are printed correctly, but manufacturing issues may be outside of our control, and therefore, we will not accept liability for any CSG.
Cancellation Policy — Cancellations are not accepted. Once payment has been made and goods are ordered, you, the client, are obligated to pay 100% of the predetermined costs.
Return Policy — All custom-made goods are final sale. No returns, refunds or credits. Any order issues must be made within ten business days of receiving the products. Once an item is worn, washed, or laundered NO REFUNDS will be given. We can only accept items for return that are in the same state as when they left the facility.
Delivery Policy — For clients in the Coachella Valley, goods are available for pick-up and drop-off. For clients based elsewhere, shipping is available for an additional fee.

Refund Policy

All product is made to order. Sales are final. No refunds or exchanges can be made.
